Hi all!
We’re digging around in the vast SAW Friday Night Comics archives (three years now, over 150 workshops) and are noticing some trends. Lots of music, lots of memoir, lots of monsters and animals, and lots of graphic medicine.
For 2025, we here a lot of people talking LOCAL. Local community, local help, local awareness.
Here are three MORE comics workshops about PLACE
First, Snooping Around with Margaret Kimball:
We had fun imagining what we would find in various corners of mystery houses, and our own houses…
Next… Find Your Dream House with Jen Sandwich:
We love Jen Sandwich. She keeps everything fun and light and child-like. Come create a dream-house with her!
and finally… X Marks The Spot with MJ Robinson
We drew maps about our neighborhood and drew some amazing comics about it! MJ’s spirit is infectious and this workshop was super fun. Check it out!
Ok that’s it for this week. Have fun revisiting these amazing workshops. Share them with your loved ones, or those who need more love!
And join us every week for free live ones, on Fridays 7 Eastern / 4 Pacific!
